Operating on Wardell Farm, a 5th generation family farm, Little River Cattle Co. raises Scottish Highlander cattle the natural way with no added hormones or antibiotics. Our cattle graze our native bluegrass pastures & recieve only hay in the winter. This produces a naturally lean beef with incredible flavor.
