Creamy Cabrito Soup

  • 2 c. chopped leftover cabrito meat
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can sliced new potatoes
  • 1 can sliced new potatoes
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Drain corn and potatoes and combine all ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally until desired consistency is reached.
